Lets see here... advanced critique huh? I'm not really good at it but I'll give it a try...
The face is fine... like the face but you might want to slick his hair back a little closer to his head so it doesnt look like a mini-fro XD
The torso is also fine but the suit is missing a few things such as:
the undershirts cuffs are a tad bit longer then the suit's sleeves, so the cuffs should be appearing out of the suit's sleeves. Dont understand veiw reference here: [link] (Ignore the business wench and look at the cuddly business man)
The suit itself needs buttons (How else would it stay closed like that O.o)
Also you might want to add a bit more folds into his suit for more detail.
That hands... ARE AWESOME.
Now the lower body... if the pants are khaki pants you might want to make them a bit more baggy (see reference) and the crotch should be a tad lower and the legs a bit thicker.

Yeah I try to draw cloths better, but I really suck at it. Folds and all... thank you for the advice I'm going to start working on it as soon as possible!

It's pretty good. I especially love the expression and the finger. It's like he's talking to a child.

This is better than I would have done, especially on the torso and face. My sketches end up too skinny for some reason. *shrug*
